These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital products sold under the brand SteFit and the product name ReshapeMethod, available at stefitmethod.com (the "Website"). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms in full.

SteFit sells digital fitness programs delivered as downloadable PDF files and associated materials (collectively, "Digital Products"). The products currently available are:
Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. SteFit does not store your payment card details.
Digital Products are delivered by email immediately following confirmed payment. The email will contain secure download links to all purchased materials. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address at checkout.
If you do not receive your download email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact [email protected].
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium where:
By completing your purchase of any SteFit Digital Product, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the delivery of digital content and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as the digital content begins delivery immediately upon payment confirmation.
This acknowledgement is confirmed by the checkbox you must actively tick before completing checkout. No purchase can be completed without this confirmation.
In plain language: Because your download starts immediately after payment, EU law allows us to apply this waiver. You confirm this by ticking a checkbox at checkout before you pay. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products — which are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" — and in accordance with the right of withdrawal waiver described in Section 4, SteFit does not offer refunds once a Digital Product has been delivered.
Exceptions are made solely in the following circumstances:

All content within SteFit Digital Products — including but not limited to text, training programs, nutritional guidance, recipes, graphics, and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of SteFit and is protected by copyright law.
Upon purchase you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Digital Product for your own personal fitness purposes only. You may not:

SteFit Digital Products are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant.
Results described in testimonials and marketing materials are individual and not guaranteed. Your results will vary depending on factors including but not limited to your starting fitness level, adherence to the programme, and individual physiology.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SteFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Digital Products, including any injury resulting from exercise described within the programmes. Use of the products is at your own risk.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
SteFit reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to customers via email where possible.
